1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Spokane Valley Detailing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Appointment Booking & Deposits

• All appointments are by request and subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment forfeit the deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit entirely.
• Rescheduling is available online up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, please call us at (509) 312-7693 to reschedule.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

• You are responsible for removing personal belongings from your vehicle before the appointment.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle.
• Paint correction results vary depending on paint condition, type, and previous repairs. We will discuss realistic expectations before beginning any correction work.
• Ceramic coating performance depends on proper surface preparation and aftercare. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void warranty coverage.

5. Payments

• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
• Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Gift cards and loyalty redemptions are subject to availability and stated terms.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with the results, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we'll reclean or redo the job — free. We do not offer cash refunds. The only exception is fraud or accidental billing, which will be refunded in full. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper aftercare.

7. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph your vehicle before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes (including social media and our website). If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed, please notify us at the time of booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spokane Valley Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Spokane County, Washington, under applicable AAA rules.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text message reminders, appointment confirmations, and service updates from Spokane Valley Detailing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
